When working with clients on consultancy assignments, an important part of our role is informal skills transfer to the client staff with whom we are working.  This enables our approaches we have used to continue to be useful after our departure.

With trained instructors, we are able to offer formal courses on our techniques which could widen organisational skills in the following areas:
