Benefit Identification Course Print

In too many projects, benefits are expected to materialise later in the project after all the creative ideas have been developed. However, projects will run into difficulties as soon as key stakeholders’ personal expectations of benefits do not look like materialising. Benefit identification should be part of the project inception but it is never too late to carry it out.Agreement

This course teaches a practical way to express quantifiable benefits that are relevant and understandable to the business stakeholders and with a much wider scope than purely financial measures. The techniques are applicable to any project or programme of work that seeks to make a real business impact.
